The concert by the young violinist Uroš Adamović will be held in the Egység Cultural Station on 4 November at 6 p.m.
Uroš became known to the general public after the last year’s charity solo concert he held in front of an unusual audience, in the ceremonial hall of the First Kragujevac Gymnasium. Namely, the violinist performed in front of little teddy bears that were sold afterwards, while the collected money was donated for the treatment of Oliver.
This time, he will present himself to the audience with works by Isidora Žebeljan, Beethoven, Bach, Handel-Halvorsen and Saint-Saëns, together with the famous Finnish pianist Uki Ovaskainen and violoncellist Isidora Krmpotić.
Uroš initiated his music education when he was nine in the ‘Petar Stojanović’ Music School in Ub, while he became a student of Prof. Milica Mladenovic in the Music Talent School in Ćuprija when he was 12. He is a winner of over 30 special and first-place awards at numerous competitions in the country and abroad, while he performed at more than 100 concerts in the most famous halls in Serbia and the region.
Laureate Ovaskainen regularly performs as a soloist and chamber musician in Serbia and across Europe, while young musician Isidora, a winner of numerous prizes, is a first-grade student at the Academy of Arts in Novi Sad.
See you!
