The ‘Visoko C’ association of artists will introduce the world of opera to children with the play ‘The Magic Flute’ in the Egység Cultural Station on 28 November. When asked how to turn a complex work such as the opera ‘The Magic Flute’ by the great genius, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, into a forty-minute entertaining children’s play, the actors answered that it is necessary for children to feel love and commitment to work.
The process of bringing opera closer to children is characterised by progression and perseverance in order to shape the musical taste and thus create a person who can accept the complexity of this musical form. ‘The Magic Flute’ consists of all elements of a classical opera, which captivate children’s imagination, entertainment and education, while vivid costumes and interesting decor that will not leave any child indifferent contribute to the creation of special theatrical magic.
